The Edifice at Sachse, Tx is a 4.3-acre commercial development comprising three individual shell buildings with a total building area of 35,000 square feet, designed to accommodate retail and restaurant tenants. Our scope of work includes conceptual design, utility coordination (storm, sewer, water, gas, and related services), concrete work, and full shell construction.
The project is executed to deliver structurally sound, tenant-ready building shells, with an emphasis on modern architecture, flexible layouts, and high construction standards, providing a strong and adaptable foundation for future tenant build-outs.
